I am 22 years old, from upstate New York, and recently graduated with a Bachelor's Degree from SUNY Oneonta in Fashion Merchandising and with an Associate's Degree in Fashion Business Management from the Fashion Institute of Technology in NYC. I am currently enrolled in the one-year Associate's program at FIT in Advertising and Marketing Communications, graduating May 2018.

I have a love for fashion, beauty, photography and writing. Alongside of these hobbies, I have always had a passion for the world of advertising and marketing, now advancing into social listening and analytics as well.

My experience includes being a fashion and beauty editorial writer at YSBnow.com, where I also worked on social media platforms and in public relations. Over the summer I was not only a sales associate for two small boutiques in Saratoga Springs, NY but also an intern where I got to assist on vendor buys, helped create their e-commerce site, styled photos, wrote blog posts, and planned marketing strategies to implement via social medias.

Currently, I am a PR & Digital Marketing Intern at Edie Parker in New York City. Here I create weekly engagement reports for social media and email A/B testing, assist creating monthly press blasts, make trend reports and celebrity coverage collections, and assist with all daily public relations responsibilities.

While at FIT this year, I hold the position of Public Relations Manager for our campus' Love Your Melon crew where I manage all of the public communications and social media accounts, setting bi-weekly posts and goals for the crew based on our performance. I coordinate and capture new content, not only of the products but of any events as well. Finally, I work to strategize what the crew can do for certain challenges and work on partnering with influencers.

As a blogger and avid social media user, I have a lot of experience as a brand ambassador myself with companies such as Rocksbox, WearLively, Poverty Flats by Rian Handbags, JORD Watches, WallFlower Jeans, and more.
